Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Preschool Teacher, located in Brunswick, GA. The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating inclusive lesson plans, delivering engaging educational content, and guiding children in their early developmental stages. Additional responsibilities include organizing classroom activities, implementing the curriculum, and fostering a safe, nurturing learning environment. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues and communicating with parents to support each child's growth and development.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Lesson Planning, Curriculum Development, and Early Childhood Education
- Strong Communication skills to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of preschool teaching strategies and age-appropriate education techniques
- Ability to create a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Professional certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience as a lead or assistant teacher in a preschool setting is an advantage
- Passion for child development and a nurturing attitude
- Meet educational requirements of BCA & the State of GA
- Must be willing to complete 18 annual training hours
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
