Fiberglass Patch & Polish Specialist
Bay Rider Boats – Wilson, NC
Bay Rider Boats, a builder of high-quality center console Bay, Skiff, and Offshore boats, is looking for an experienced Fiberglass Patch & Polish Specialist to join our production team.
Responsibilities
- Perform fiberglass patching, repairs, and finishing on boat components.
- Repair and blend fiberglass surfaces to meet Bay Rider’s quality standards.
- Perform gelcoat repairs, color matching, sanding, buffing, and finishing.
- Identify and correct surface imperfections and cosmetic defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with fiberglass and gelcoat repair is REQUIRED.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to properly sand, fair, finish, and blend repaired areas.
- Experience in boat manufacturing or marine fiberglass repair is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
