Part-Time Maintenance Assistant
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated Maintenance Assistant who takes pride in a job well done. This part‑time role supports a dynamic maintenance team and plays a key part in keeping our facilities clean, safe, and operating smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning tasks including common areas, workspaces, and facility equipment
- Painting and touch‑up work to maintain a clean, professional environment
- General repairs such as minor fixes, adjustments, and preventative maintenance
- Seasonal maintenance duties including salting, shoveling, weeding, and groundskeeping
- Supporting the on‑call rotation as needed for urgent or after‑hours maintenance needs
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to complete projects efficiently and safely
