The Ontario Center is looking to hire 2-4 high-energy, people-focused Arcade Attendants to help deliver a great experience for every guest. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, interacting with people, and bringing smiles to faces of all ages – this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests and assist them with games and prize redemption
- Reload game cards and explain gameplay
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of arcade area
- Stock and manage prize counter and inventory
- Troubleshoot basic game issues or escalate repairs as needed
- Maintain a safe and fun environment for everyone
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, outgoing attitude
- Customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Basic math or tech skills
- Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
- Weekend and evening availability
- Great opportunity for high school and college students (ages 16 with a valid driver’s license)
Hours:
Ideal candidates will work between 20-40 hours/week, especially during peak times.
Arcade Hours of Operation:
- Monday – Thursday: 11 AM – 8 PM
- Friday – Saturday: 11 AM – 11 PM
- Sunday: 11 AM – 6 PM
