What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to insurance agents to schedule appointments.

• Use a CRM system to track calls, progress, and outcomes.

• Maintain a professional, upbeat phone presence with every interaction.

• Hit daily and weekly goals for calls and appointments.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in call center, telemarketing, or sales support.

• A confident, professional phone voice and presence.

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

• Comfort working with CRM or call-tracking systems.
