Overview
Perform a variety of duties to maintain plant structures and facilities.
Responsibilities
Perform grounds-keeping duties, assist maintenance technicians on routine and preventative maintenance (PM’s) on equipment and facilities as scheduled, report repair parts for re-order as required, clearly communicate work activities to the maintenance supervisor and provide professional and informative communications and feedback to work order requestors, operate scissors lift to facilitate cleaning and dust collector filter replacement, respond to general maintenance assignments from the maintenance supervisor and assist maintenance technicians as required.
Qualifications
- High school or general education (GED)
- Read and interpret work instructions, operate small hand tools, read tape measure
- Team interaction and good communication skills
- Lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work outdoors and in a manufacturing environment
