Job Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Schedule maintenance calls and appointments by booking inbound calls and responding to customer emails
- Promote and sell products and services to existing customers based on their needs
- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot concerns, and resolve issues in a friendly, courteous manner
- Assist in managing overflow calls to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction
- Make 100 calls daily, including scheduling and confirming maintenance appointments while maintaining strong productivity
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, scheduling details, and any sales or services performed
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment
- Preferably 3 years of experience in a customer‑focused or call center setting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering customer information and scheduling appointments
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills with both customers and team members
- Team‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and commitment to delivering high‑quality service
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation
- Computer/software proficiency is a plus
