Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing and HVAC Installation Manager to lead and oversee our installation department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of heating, air conditioning, and plumbing installation projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of installation technicians and support staff to achieve departmental goals, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Project Management:Plan, organize, and execute installation projects, including plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems, within specified timeframes and budgets, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Quality Control:Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that all installations meet or exceed company standards and customer expectations.
- Resource Allocation:Manage resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to optimize project execution and minimize wastage.
- Customer Relations:Foster positive customer relationships by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance:Enforce strict safety protocols and standards to create a safe working environment for all team members and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Budget Management:Work closely with the finance department to monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Technical Expertise:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing technical heating, air conditioning, and plumbing expertise and guidance to the team.
- Reporting:Prepare and present regular reports on departmental performance, project status, and key performance indicators to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning installation, with a strong background in management or leadership roles preferred.
- Technical knowledge of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems preferred.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Project management expertise, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
