Exterior Service Technician, Brunette Home Improvement

Reports To: Service Manager / Director of Production
Position Summary
Brunette Home Improvement is seeking an experienced Exterior Service Technician to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by completing warranty work, punch list items, and exterior repairs with a high level of craftsmanship and professionalism.
Unlike production crews that install new projects, our Service Technician focuses on the final details that leave homeowners confident their project was completed the right way. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working independently, and taking pride in quality workmanship, we'd love to meet you.
Primary Responsibilities
- Complete warranty repairs for roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and other exterior systems.
- Perform punch list items and final project touch-ups.
- Diagnose and repair exterior issues efficiently and correctly.
- Complete small service and repair projects.
- Document work performed with photos and detailed notes.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners while on-site.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area.
- Assist with quality control and identify potential issues before they become larger problems.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications

- Soffit & Fascia
- Exterior Trim
- Flashing
- Finish Carpentry
- General Exterior Construction

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry construction materials
- Ability to carefully & safely haul trailer(s)
- Ability to work on ladders and roofs
- Basic hand and power tool proficiency
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
