Job Description:
We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Office Personnel to join our dealership team. This role supports a variety of administrative and clerical functions to ensure smooth and professional daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent in-person and phone support
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and manage paperwork for various departments
- Process invoices, file documents, and assist with billing or accounting as needed
- Provide general office support to sales, service, and management teams
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars when necessary
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Support other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer functions
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
