Overview
Seeking 2–3 Operations Technicians to support oil & gas field operations, with a strong focus on maintenance coordination, scheduling, and billing systems. This role is ideal for candidates who can bridge field operations and office-based systems/data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day oil & gas operations and maintenance activities
- Coordinate scheduling for field operations and maintenance work
- Manage and process billing activities using systems like OpenInvoice, SAP, and Oracle
- Maintain and update operational data in systems such as WellView/SiteView
- Track work orders, costs, and field activity data
- Collaborate with field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Utilize reporting tools (e.g., Spotfire) for operational insights
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of oil & gas experience (field or operations support)
- Experience as a Field Operations Tech or similar role preferred
- Hands-on experience with:
- OpenInvoice
- SAP and/or Oracle (billing focus)
- Strong scheduling and coordination experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
- Experience with oil & gas systems/databases such as:
- WellView / SiteView
- iWorks
- Databasin
- TOW
- Spotfire
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Preferred
- Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree)
