Business Development Manager – Clean Tech / Carbon Capture
We are partnered with a rapidly growing clean tech company commercializing a highly competitive CO₂ capture technology backed by strategic investors. They are on a fast track to industry leadership and are looking for a Business Development Manager to help accelerate commercialization and growth.
Position Details
- Identify and cultivate energy infrastructure opportunities across the full lifecycle: Pre-FEED, FEED, and FID stages
- Drive opportunity creation and closure within multi-stage, complex engagements
- Lead and manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Grow revenue through channel partnerships, licensing models, and project development opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, project delivery, and commercial teams to shape strategy and execution
What we’re looking for
- Track record of selling and delivering large-scale energy, infrastructure, or clean tech projects
- Strong ability to navigate multi-stage sales cycles and complex procurement processes
- Experience with FEED/FEED-like processes and project development life cycles (pre-FEED to FID)
- Proven ability to create and close opportunities, build partnerships, and drive revenue growth
- Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment
