A global water solutions company specializing in industrial wastewater treatment is seeking a BIM Manager to support complex process plant projects during the construction phase.
This role is focused on providing design support on site, ensuring installations align with approved design intent, and resolving design-related issues in close collaboration with construction teams and global engineering stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the design interface during construction, addressing RFIs and site queries
- Collaborate with construction teams and subcontractors to resolve design issues
- Coordinate with engineering discipline leads (on site and remotely)
- Manage and implement BIM processes during construction
- Oversee BIM360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environments
- Maintain models and support the delivery of accurate as-built documentation
- Lead BIM coordination efforts and promote best practices (Revit-focused)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Process Engineering, or related field
- 10 years of experience in process plant environments (water/wastewater preferred)
- 5 years of BIM management experience during construction
- Strong hands-on experience with Revit, BIM360, and ACC
- Experience managing design issues during construction phases
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple disciplines
Experience with wastewater treatment, industrial water systems, or semiconductor projects is a plus.
