In Office, Thornton, CO-This position is designed as an in-office role. Due to the unique requirements of overnight (graveyard) coverage, remote or hybrid work arrangements may be considered for those specific shifts.
Shift Schedule: Overnight (graveyard) shift required. Midnight - 8 AM

Brundage Bone is seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused Camera Review Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting public safety and efficient traffic management by monitoring daily captured events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for observing, documenting, and reporting traffic incidents, road hazards, and other critical events in real time. This position requires strong attention to detail, quick decision-making skills, and a commitment to public safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately document and report observed events using standardized protocols.
- Communicate with emergency response teams and transportation authorities as needed.
- Maintain detailed logs of incidents and camera activity for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with safety teams to support real-time decision-making.
- Assist in identifying patterns or recurring issues to improve traffic flow and safety.
- Ensure all monitoring equipment is functioning properly and report technical issues promptly.
- Follow emergency procedures and escalation protocols during critical incidents.
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience in surveillance, traffic monitoring, or public safety is preferred.
- Strong observational and analytical skills with the ability to remain focused for extended periods.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations and respond quickly to emergencies.
- Proficiency in using monitoring software and basic computer applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of emergency response protocols and incident reporting standards.
