Front of House Team Member (Cashier • Barista • Guest Experience)

As a Front of House Team Member, you are the face of Brunchella. This role goes beyond taking orders—you will create a welcoming atmosphere, prepare coffee and beverages, ensure the dining room stays clean and inviting, and help every guest leave with a great experience.

• Welcome every guest with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately using our POS system.
• Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, matcha, smoothies, and other specialty beverages.
• Deliver excellent customer service from arrival to departure.
• Check in with guests during their visit and gather feedback about their experience.
• Keep the dining room, beverage station, and front counter clean and organized.
• Bus and clean tables promptly, stepping in to clear and reset tables even when guests do not bus their own, to maintain a welcoming dining area.
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Assist wherever needed to help the team succeed.

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Barista or coffee experience is a plus (training provided for the right candidate).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Weekend availability required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
