Duties
- Offer companionship and emotional support to elderly clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations and activities
- Assist with daily living tasks such as mobility, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders
- Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments or social events
- Support clients in maintaining their routines and participating in community activities
Requirements
- Demonstrated compassion and patience when working with seniors or vulnerable populations
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, or assisting with mobility needs
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred for facilitating client outings or appointments
