Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Verify quantity and documentation and log any nonconforming product.
- Communicate with suppliers and/or manufacturers regarding incorrect or damaged items, shortages, documentation and/or clarification of specifications.
- Advise appropriate personnel of potential problems or conflicts with the Purchase Order or Sales Order.
- Package items for storage.
- Order and maintain stock of warehouse and shipping supplies and equipment.
- Manage in-house calibration process for in-house tools.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Meets commitments and schedules.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Responds promptly to company and customer needs
- Shipment accuracy, including documentation
- Inventory accuracy
- Occasional forklift operation for loading/unloading trucks and warehouse organization
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
