The Commercial Contracts Specialist (Americas) will provide legal support, primarily by reviewing and negotiating contracts, responding to, and managing contract requests and performing other tasks critical to maintaining an effective and efficient legal department.
This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the US.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including confidentiality agreements, material transfer agreements, vendor/supplier agreements, and collaboration agreements.
- Partner with the sales team to support bids, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with duediligence activities and compliancerelated requests.
- Prepare status reports and updates for management and internal stakeholders.
- Perform administrative tasks such as coordinating contract signatures and maintaining the contract repository with accurate and complete entries.
- Support special projects and other assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting an inhouse legal team or corporate law firm.
- Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts in a corporate environment.
- Preferred experience in technology, software, or lifesciences industries.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to highquality work.
- Ability to balance process requirements with practical decisionmaking in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Selfmotivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
At Bruker, the base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $85,000.00 and $137,000.00 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position.
