Manufacturing Engineer Lead ensures that manufactured components and
assembled products meet company standards and objectives for the
production of subsystems and systems. The Manufacturing Engineer
monitors the overall production process, develops and implements
corrective actions to improve product or process quality. To accomplish
this, the Manufacturing Engineer continually works on products in the
production area to strengthen knowledge and identify weaknesses in the
product or process. The position requires an ability to work
productively individually or as part of a group. Responsibilities \*

problem-solving abilities \* Lead initiatives to optimize manufacturing
layout and space utilization \* Lead New Product Introduction (NPI)
transitions from Engineering to Operations \* Support production to
achieve on-time shipment (OTS) and revenue goals while maintaining high
