Today, more than 8,500 employees at over 90 locations are working on this permanent challenge to make the world a better place.**Responsibilities**The following position is being offered for 1st shift with Bruker's OST divsion, a leading manufacturer and developer of high-performance superconductor wire products and research instrumentation.**Key Position Responsibilities:**-
Comply with company safety standards and procedures.-
Track die failures for process engineer to determine root cause and improve the die design and drawing process.-
Ensures safe working practices are being followed.-
Participates Bruker OST's on-boarding efforts by participating in activities that supports the training of others-
Actively engages with quality and process engineers to assist and implement operational changes in compliance with established MSI standards.-
Cross-training as required per business needs**Qualifications**-
High School Diploma or equivalent.-
Previous Die Room Experience Required In a Manufacturing Setting.-
Ability to read and interpret procedures and calibrated equipment.-
Ability to read and understand all safety operating procedures and to use all safety features and equipment.-
Must have basic math and computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).-
Must be able to follow standard operating procedures.-
Work authorization in the US, sponsorship is not available for this position.-
Ability to communicate, read, and write in English.-

Ability to work overtime as neededAt Bruker, the base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated hourly range for this full-time position is between **$16.00/hr and $23.00/hr** and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Please note this position is eligible for Overtime compensation. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position.
