Schedule: Monday – Saturday · 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About This Role

Bruiser's Complete Auto Care is hiring a Shop Assistant at our Fulton Market location. This is a full-time, Monday–Saturday position with 2 half days and 4 full shifts.

This is more than a shop assistant job. We are actively looking to train the right person into a Service Advisor and eventually a Shop Manager. If you want a career in the auto industry, not just a job, this is where it starts.

No auto experience required. We will teach you the business. What we need from you is reliability, a great attitude, and the desire to grow.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day shop duties include:

● Perform basic oil changes and fluid services under technician supervision

● Wash and return customer vehicles

● Keep the shop floor clean and organized throughout the day

● Take out trash and manage shop waste

● Restock supplies and assist with parts runs

● Support technicians with non-technical tasks to keep bays productive

● Greet customers and assist the front desk as needed

Requirements

● Reliable transportation and consistent availability Mon–Fri, 7 AM–4 PM

● Strong work ethic and positive attitude

● Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment

● Physically able to perform shop duties (lifting, standing, moving vehicles)

● Valid driver's license required

● Auto industry experience is a plus — but not required
