We are working with a global asset management firm to appoint a Senior RFP Writer to join their US distribution team. This is a key role for an experienced RFP professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for leveraging automation and AI to enhance the client experience. The Senior RFP Writer will take ownership of content management, editing, and delivery of high-quality RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs across multiple boutiques. You will be instrumental in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in client deliverables while working closely with sales, investment professionals, and global RFP colleagues.
This position is ideal for a detail-driven professional with deep RFP experience and a track record of using technology to improve processes.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Maintaining and managing the RFP content library (Qvidian), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with firmwide standards
- Drafting and editing bespoke RFP, RFI, and DDQ content for multiple investment boutiques
- Leading final editing of submissions to ensure consistent quality and brand alignment
- Collaborating with global RFP colleagues to streamline processes and adopt best practices
- Partnering with sales and investment teams to source content and ensure technical accuracy
- Driving efficiency through automation and AI, supporting continuous improvements in RFP production
- Participating in senior-level projects and support wider distribution initiatives as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in RFP content management within asset management
- Expert-level user of Qvidian, with strong knowledge of automation and AI functionality
- Ability to identify and adopt new technologies that improve efficiency and client experience
- Deep understanding of asset management products and the ability to work with investment professionals
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Collaborative team player, able to operate autonomously and take ownership of deliverables
