What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate, Project Finance position at Bruin?
I am currently working with an independent power developer active across thermal generation, renewables, and battery storage. Following a period of significant growth, they are keen to hire an Associate with strong financial modelling skills and experience in the power and renewables sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain project finance financial models covering the Power & Renewables sector
- Run scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate project finance structures and equity returns
- Research comparable transactions to identify market pricing, debt levels, and execution strategies
- Support due diligence with equity and debt providers, and lead monthly project reporting
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years in project finance, M&A, or financial modelling
- Hands-on experience with tax equity and PPAs
- Experience in the Power or Renewables sector
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a lean team
