We have partnered with a leading institutional bank to hire a Vice President for their expanding Fund Finance Team, supporting primarily infrastructure & energy financial sponsors clients across Americas.
The Role:
- Lead origination, structuring, and execution of subscription line and NAV financing transactions.
- Monitor and manage the risk profile and compliance of a client portfolio, ensuring high-quality portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams across coverage, product, risk, and legal to deliver tailored financing solutions.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, contributing to overall team leadership and development.
The Candidate:
- 6 years of fund finance experience, with a proven track record in credit analysis, financial modeling, and transaction execution.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of debt instruments and financial markets.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client and internal relationships.
