The Role: As a Sales Consultant, you’ll ensure each guest has an exceptional shopping experience while guiding them through our wide selection of products. Your role includes:

• Creating a fun, engaging environment and transforming store guests into loyal customers.
• Client Relationship Management – Curates and maintains a personal book of clients to drive repeat and referral business.
• Customer Focus – Listens, understands, and matches solutions to customer needs.
• Relationship Building – Builds trust and rapport, guides customers to purchase decisions with confidence.
• Goal orientation – Driven by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset – Treats the role like running a business, with ownership of results.
• Team Collaboration – Contributes to a supportive, success-driven team culture.
• Adaptability – Able to adjust to different customers, products and situations.
• Product Knowledge - Shares up-to-date product knowledge (styles, fabrics).
• Operational – Submitting precise orders, following established protocols adhering to money handling processes, supporting customers with credit applications and financing matters.
