About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to own day-to-day HR operations and partner with leadership across the organization. This role requires sound judgment, strong HR operation discipline, and the ability to work independently while managing core HR programs.
The HR Generalist will support employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and HR initiatives while ensuring HR practices are applied consistently across locations. This role works closely with leadership and employees to resolve workplace issues, maintain effective HR processes, and support business operations.

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to own day-to-day HR operations and partner with leadership across the organization. This role requires sound judgment, strong HR operation discipline, and the ability to work independently while managing core HR programs.
The HR Generalist will support employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and HR initiatives while ensuring HR practices are applied consistently across locations. This role works closely with leadership and employees to resolve workplace issues, maintain effective HR processes, and support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and workplace issues, working with managers to resolve conflicts and promote a collaborative workplace environment.
- Be a resource for employees, pointing them in the right direction for information and supporting their professional development.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation, ACA reporting,
- Ensure HR operational processes are followed consistently across locations.
- Maintain HR Policies, procedures and employee handbook updates.
- Administer employee benefit programs and respond to employee questions. Includes new hire, annual open enrollment, off-boarding benefits and COBRA.
- Manage FMLA administration and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Oversee PTO administration including auditing accruals for accuracy.
- Manage workers’ compensation claims, transitional duty assignments and coordinate with insurance providers.
- Creates and maintains OSHA filings and annual reporting.
- Support company-wide performance review processes.
- Analyze turnover, absenteeism, conduct exit & stay interviews to identify trends and recommend retention strategies.
- Support employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
- 3-5 years of HR experience in a generalist or HR role
- Experience supporting employee relations, workplace conflict resolution
- Experience administering payroll, benefits, leave, HR best practices
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (reporting, workforce metrics)
- Experience with HRIS systems. Paycor is a plus.
- SHRM-CP, PHR certification

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
