Description:Brueckner Group USA is looking for a Field Service Technician / Engineer to join our Packaging Division in Dover, NH. The Service Technician’s / Engineer’s role is to provide customer support in the installation, operation, training and maintenance of Kiefel packaging equipment through dialogue, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair and spare parts sales.Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited toRespond to incoming customer calls for service and spare partsMaintain and operate lab machines for customer and internal trialsCreate machine recipes for new tooling and debug ProcessProvide support for machine installation and machine retrofitsProvide training to our customers on Process, Maintenance, and machine operationProvide technical support to our customers at both their sites and remotelyProvide machine startup and commissioning after installationHandle machine acceptance both at the Factory and at the customer siteTravel as necessary and required to meet customers schedule (up to 75%)Provide internal Sales supportPrepare and submit all necessary paperwork as required for expenses, travel, and service reports on a timely basisServe as ambassador for BGU while interacting with customersProactively contact current customers to promote spare parts and service salesJob requires mechanical and electrical dutiesRequirements:Hands-on experience operating packaging thermoforming machinery a plusProcess knowledge of packaging thermoforming machinery a plusSolid Electrical and mechanical knowledgeMust work well in a team environment and independentlyMust learn quickly and be able to hone-in troubleshooting skills in a dynamic environmentEngineering degree or equivalent work experience
