Role Description
The Outside Parts Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lewiston, ID. The selected candidate will build and maintain customer relationships by providing exceptional parts-related consultation and support. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and fulfilling customers' parts needs, managing sales transactions, and collaborating with the inventory control team to ensure products meet customer demands. The role requires travel within the assigned territory to grow the customer base and meet sales goals.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
- Strong Sales and Communication skills to effectively understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Experience or familiarity with Inventory Control to ensure that customer needs are met efficiently
- Ability to work on-site and flexibility for local travel within the assigned territory
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in the automotive or truck parts industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using computers and sales software is preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
