Summary

Maintains compliance with Corporate Accounting processes by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks and work efficiently with minimal supervision.

• Codes and enters various items into the dealer management system.

• Reconcile vendor statements.

• Generate vendor payments as needed.

• Assist with new and used inventory control processes.

• Assist with accounts receivable and reconciliations.

• Assist with monthly bank statement reconciliation process.

• Responsible for various other duties as assigned by the department.

Educational Requirements

Minimum of High School Diploma required. Any college coursework in accounting is highly desirable but not required.

Work Experience

Minimum of two to three years prior experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and basic general accounting. Strong computer skills.

Language Skills

Read and write the English Language.

Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability

Should be able to interpret computer generated reports, office reports, invoices, etc. Should be able to compute numbers manually, or by use of a calculator or computer. Also is required to operate computer terminals with keyboard and mouse, 10-key calculator, fax machine, and other various office equipment. Must be able to use communicative skills to interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a positive and constructive manner.
