Port Orchard Ford, a four-time Ford President’s Award-winning dealership, is looking for a dependable and motivated Sales Lot Porter to join our team. As the first point of contact for many customers, our porters play a key role in delivering the quick, transparent, and less complicated experience we’re known for in Kitsap County.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and organization of the sales lot and vehicle inventory.

• Assist in moving and staging vehicles for display, test drives, and photo/video marketing.

• Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles to dealership standards.

• Perform basic inspections such as checking fuel, tire pressure, and cleanliness.

• Support the sales team by ensuring vehicles are customer-ready at all times.

• Safely transport vehicles to and from service, body shop, and other locations as directed.

• Assist with snow removal, lot sweeping, and general upkeep of dealership grounds.

• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests on the lot.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Previous dealership or automotive experience a plus, but not required.
