Are you an experienced insurance professional who still enjoys helping clients but doesn't want a traditional full-time schedule?
Bruce Germer Insurance Agency is looking for an experienced Texas-licensed P&C insurance professional to join our team on a part-time basis.
The Role
- Personal and commercial policy servicing and client assistance
- New business production
- Communicating with insureds, carriers, and underwriters
- Working with carrier websites and agency management systems
- Assisting with new-business opportunities
- Identifying cross-sell opportunities with existing clients
Schedule
- 16 - 20 hours per week
- At least 2-3 days per week
- Hours are flexible based on availability and agency needs
- NO evenings or weekends
- Additional hours may be available when coverage is needed; these are optional
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Active Texas P&C license
- 5 years of insurance experience
- Strong personal-lines experience
- Excellent client-service skills
- Dependable, professional, and positive attitude
Preferred:
- Commercial-lines experience
