Heavy Equipment Operator & Laborer

We provide a wide range of services, including:

• Septic System Upkeep - pumping, cleaning, installation, abandonment, repairs, and general service.
• Excavation & Demolition
• Road Grading & Site Preparation
• Snow Removal

We proudly serve Racine, MN, and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate skid steers, excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment as assigned.
• Assist with septic tank pumping, cleaning, inspections, and basic service tasks.
• Help with septic system installations, abandonment, pipe laying, trenching, and grading.
• Perform laborer duties including shoveling, raking, lifting materials, and site cleanup.
• Travel to multiple jobsites throughout the day.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Work effectively with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.

Requirements

• Experience operating heavy equipment preferred, but willing to train the right person.
• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
• Valid Driver's License (CDL License is a plus)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
• Must be dependable and able to work independently when needed.
