Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales B2B professional, based in Kansas City, MO, with flexibility to work from home part-time. The role involves developing and managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and generating sales. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, presenting tailored solutions, managing sales processes, and coordinating closely with internal teams to meet client needs. Additional duties may include providing training to clients and contributing to sales management strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and identifying business opportunities
- Experience in Business to Business sales and fostering long-term client relationships
- Capability to provide Training and support to clients and team members
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with consulting or business operations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
