What You'll Do
As a bartender at BTW’s, you’re not just serving — you’re carefully crafting drinks with attention to detail, respect for ingredients, and pride in your work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer with accuracy, care, and consistency
- Confidently execute both classic and in-house craft cocktail recipes
- Provide a high level of hospitality to bar and restaurant guests
- Manage bar setup, restocking, and closing to keep operations smooth and efficient
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
- Handle POS transactions and bar tabs accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all guests meet legal drinking age requirements
- Work collaboratively with the FOH and BOH teams
- Stay informed on drink trends and contribute to menu development
What You Bring
- 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, craft cocktail bar or quality-driven environment
- A deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and bar techniques
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Must be proactive, organized, and a team player
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus
