Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plasterer, located in Newburgh, NY. The Plasterer will be responsible for applying stucco, or other materials to walls and exterior surfaces. Daily tasks include preparing surfaces for application, mixing stucco, base coat, and applying coats of plaster using appropriate tools and techniques. The role also involves repairing and maintaining stucco surfaces as needed.
Qualifications
- Expertise in plastering and applying stucco
- Experience handling surface preparation
- Possession of a valid OSHA card
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality finishes
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work on-site in variable conditions
- Familiarity with safety protocols and construction standards
- Prior experience in the construction industry is an asset
