Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organic Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for keeping and growing existing client work, identifying needs, maturing processes, and assessing talent gaps. Craft and execute innovative ideas for branding and marketing penetration.
- Alliances and Partnerships: Collaborate with executive and operational teams to address new needs in the market and maximize partnership value with other companies.
- Marketing and Proposal Support: Support marketing efforts to improve brand recognition and write to proposal sections as needed to ensure compliance with proposal instructions.
- Client Satisfaction: Conduct “Client Voice’ surveys and track/communicate results to leadership on quarterly basis.
- Internal Satisfaction Goals: Meet or exceed internal (BRSi) Satisfaction Goals/Scores.
- Client/BRSi Centric Mindset: Ability to work on behalf of both the client and BRSi; keeping both a priority while advocating for solutions.
- Communications Excellence: Demonstrated success in communicating with different audiences, including C-level executives and Managers.
- Flexibility & Drive: Detail oriented self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Travel: Up to 25% (to potential clients, conferences, trade shows, etc.)
- 1-3 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in consulting or professional services.
- Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience multi-tasking and prioritizing drawing on organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding client/customer experiences.
- Bachelor's Degree (master's preferred).
- Experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and healthcare reimbursement processes.
- Exceptional self-management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry best practices.
- Travel to Client and Prospect locations.
