We are seeking Project Manager to support a new mission in the Baltimore, MD area. This role serves as the contractor's primary point of accountability for all warehouse and logistics services performed under this contract at the North Building Warehouse.

We are seeking Project Manager to support a new mission in the Baltimore, MD area. This role serves as the contractor's primary point of accountability for all warehouse and logistics services performed under this contract at the North Building Warehouse.
What You'll Do:
- The CPM must possess comprehensive knowledge of contract performance requirements, commercial warehouse practices, and logistics operations, and must be available during all working hours to address operational issues that cannot be resolved at the on-site supervisor level.
- This position carries direct supervisory authority over all contractor personnel assigned to the contract, including full personnel management responsibility encompassing employee discipline and termination.
- The CPM is responsible for all program administrative functions, including tracking man-hours, monitoring work quality, and resolving operational issues in a timely manner.
- The CPM must ensure that contractor staff is effectively organized to perform assigned duties and that all equipment is handled properly to prevent damage to equipment or facilities.
- A key supervisory requirement of this role is maintaining balanced workforce assignments, ensuring that for every two inexperienced employees, at least one experienced, highly qualified employee is present at each assignment.
- Additionally, the CPM is responsible for recruiting and retaining all staff necessary to fulfill contract requirements, including the following designated personnel:
- The Contract Project Manager supports overall contract oversight by conducting monthly on-site visits to perform quality control reviews and resolve any outstanding performance issues.
