The primary role of the Software Engineer is to write code to develop applications, fix bus and add new improvements/features to our internal websites, add-ins, and applications. This person will work closely with our Senior Software Engineer.
Requirements:
- Develops, modifies, and improves applications and add-ins to support our team members.
- Works with end users to troubleshoot issues, suggest improvements, and design new features.
- Documents bugs, features, and improvements in our issue tracking system (Jira).
- Writes code to fix bugs and add new improvements/features.
- Tests code to ensure quality.
- Commits code to our version control system (Git / Bitbucket).
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years industry experience required.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of: C#, ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core, Microsoft SQL Server, AutoCAD / Revit APIs, React, jQuery, AngularJS, ElasticSearch, Redis, SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently, taking initiative, setting priorities, and seeing projects/tasks through to completion.
- Discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Exhibits a strong customer service approach.
- Willingness to learn.
- Possesses excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, takes initiative, and has the ability to work effectively in a professional atmosphere.
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to work well with all levels of teammates.

Full-time Exempt. Work is performed primarily in an office setting, on a computer while seated, with the ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
