FINANCE DATA ANALYST INTERN - PLANO, TX (SPRING/SUMMER 2026)
We are looking for a college student with strong analytical skills to contribute immediately to our Network Financial Performance team in North America. This is a hands-on role that is expected to serve as a Finance Business Partner supporting the different business areas in the regular business course, specific projects, or any ad-hoc requests. The role requires a good understanding of the overall business around the different BRP brands, allowing for meaningful recommendations on key business in and outside of finance.

You’ll Have The Opportunity To
- Contribute to the finance team, supporting on sales program initiatives and customer business initiatives.
- Support business functions as a Finance Business partner such as Market Planning, Sales, Sales Programs on key business initiatives.
- Analyze big data in relation to wholesale and retail programs and contribute with insightful finance related information.
- Identity and act on opportunities to automate and improve processes as well as analytical tools.
Required
- A college senior level student currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Finance, Accounting or related analytics program graduating in Spring 2026 or Winter 2026, with a 3.5 GPA or higher
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Must have the following knowledge: Direct margin calculations and percentages, statistics, data analytics, basic accounting knowledge, profit & loss statement reading as well as financial planning & analysis.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Available to work a minimum of 30 hours for the duration of the internship.
- Self-starter with a demonstrated track record of taking initiative
- PowerPivot, PowerQuery, SQL
- Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Knime, Alteryx.
