BRP Architects is growing, and we’re looking for talented architectural professionals with approximately 3–10 years of experience to join our team in Springfield, Missouri.
Whether you are already licensed or actively working toward licensure, we are interested in people who want more than simply a place to produce drawings. You Might Be a Great Fit If…
You are a licensed or non-licensed architectural professional with approximately 3–10 years of professional experience who brings:
- A professional degree in architecture from a NAAB-accredited institution
- Proficiency in Autodesk, Microsoft Office, and Adobe products.
- Strong design, technical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- The ability to collaborate effectively and contribute as part of a project team
- Curiosity and a desire to continue learning
- Initiative and confidence to take responsibility for your work
- For non-licensed candidates, an interest in continuing to progress toward architectural licensure
