Brows & Brows, a high-end aesthetic clinic in South Florida, is seeking a results-driven Director of Operations to lead and unify all departments under one high-performance system.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations and team performance
- Lead KPI meetings and performance tracking
- Improve conversion rates, revenue, and client retention
- Implement and refine SOPs across departments
- Optimize scheduling, workflow, and inventory
- Report weekly performance metrics to ownership
Requirements:
- 3 years managing a Medical Spa or Aesthetic Clinic
- Strong operational and sales mindset
- Experience working with KPIs and performance systems
- Proven leadership and team management skills
Compensation:
$75,000–$95,000 base quarterly performance bonuses
