General Responsibilities:
- Supervising nurses and nursing department
- Develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct nursing activities
- Coordinates with administration and other departments in planning nursing services, programs, and activities
- Develop, implement, and coordinate departmental policies and procedures, patient care plans, nursing procedure materials, and nursing job descriptions
- Ensure departmental personnel follow established policies and procedures at all times
- Ensure clients have a clean, safe, orderly, and comfortable environment
- Schedules department working hours, personnel, and work assignments
- Establish the administration, procedures, and control of medication as recommended by the pharmacist
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Current Arkansas RN license
- Current CPR certification
