Location: Johns Island, SC (Charleston area)
Schedule: Monday through Saturday (Saturday availability is required)
Hourly Rate: $17 - $20 / hour (commensurate with experience)

What We Are Looking For
- An outgoing, positive, and collaborative self-starter with a strong work ethic and high integrity
- Excellent communication skills to build friendly rapport with customers and teammates
- Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to guide customers in choosing the "right plant for the right space"
- 2 years of customer service or retail/wholesale experience preferred
- Horticultural education or practical plant knowledge is a plus (training provided!)
- Proficiency with computers and POS systems (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
- Comfortable with physical outdoor activity (lifting, loading, bending, and moving plant materials/bagged soils)
- Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs with assistance/equipment
