- Current BLS/CPR Certification preferred

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities.
Duties Include:
- Provide high-quality resident care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Perform resident rounds and provide timely assistance throughout the shift
- Ensure resident comfort, dignity, safety, and well-being
- Verify resident identification before providing care or meal assistance
- Make beds and maintain clean, organized resident rooms
- Clean and refill water pitchers and ensure they remain within residents' reach
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning residents
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with nurses and healthcare team members
- Follow all facility policies, infection control procedures, safety standards, and state and federal regulations
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
