Caregiver – Behavioral Health
Location: Browns Living – Fall Creek, Wisconsin

Responsibilities: Browns Living caregivers assist individuals on a one-on-one basis who are functionally, physically, and/or socially impaired and require 24-hour oversight. You will assist residents in daily activities that they are unable to perform without assistance, and the ability to show kindness to our members and co-workers.

Need another reason to work for Browns Living? After 5 years of employment, you will receive round trip tickets to anywhere in the continental US and 7 days of PTO. After 10 years of employment, you will receive $5000- and 30-days PTO.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be willing to obtain your C.N.A/M.A. or receive on-the-job training to become CBRF certified.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work every other weekend.
- Compassionate for the care and well-being of others
- Ability to utilize PPE and adhere to standard Universal Precautions.
- Able to troubleshoot and become part of a positive work environment for the company, and always work within the core values and mission of the company.
- Ability to work at other Browns Living locations as needed and required.
- Ability to work overtime, as business needs require.
