What You Will Be Accountable For
Executing commercial cleaning tasks exactly as outlined in written checklists
Delivering consistent, inspection-ready results on every shift
Cleaning offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas to professional standards
Performing floor care (vacuuming, mopping, spot treatment)
Using chemicals and equipment correctly and safely
Submitting required before/after photo documentation
Reporting issues, damages, or supply shortages immediately
Securing buildings upon entry and exit
Minimum Requirements (Strict)
Reliable transportation (no exceptions)
Ability to work independently without reminders or supervision
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
Smartphone capable of job tracking and photo uploads
Ability to pass a background check
Willingness to follow systems—not personal methods
