This is an on-site, full-time position (8am-5pm) at our Melbourne location

The pay range for this position is 19-20/hr based on experience

Key Job Duties:

• Schedule and coordinate all respiratory therapist ventilator checks, ensuring timely care for patients.
• Proactively manage the maintenance for all ventilators, ensuring equipment is properly maintained, serviced, and available when needed.
• Create and manage service tickets for respiratory staff, providing administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Act as the primary liaison between office staff and the respiratory team regarding all ventilator orders, setups, and adjustments.
• Receive all incoming hospice orders, verify accuracy, and ensure all regulatory and insurance requirements are met.
• Enter all patient orders, updates, and documentation into the Brightree system and hospice system with high accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hospice, home health, or DME setting is preferred.
• Basic understanding of respiratory equipment, particularly ventilators and oxygen therapy, preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to manage multiple schedules at once.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
