Summary:
The Kitchen Supervisor prepares hot and cold foods for
resident meals, and ensures the quality of both food and service meet Browning
Masonic Community's high standards. Also assists the Dining Manager with
oversight of all dining team members.
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or
one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
Complete HACCP Training within the first 6 months in an
approved serve-safe course. Maintain serve-safe certification.
