The Role
This is an in-office position responsible for keeping our front office running smoothly and delivering a great experience to every client who calls or walks through the door. You'll answer incoming calls, manage mail and correspondence, and provide general customer service support to our clients and producers.
No insurance license is required to start. We'll support you in obtaining your Colorado Property & Casualty Producer license, which is required within 60 days of employment. Once licensed, you'll have the opportunity to earn additional bonuses and commissions.
What You'll Do
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and warmly, taking accurate messages and ensuring timely follow-up
- Greet walk-in clients and visitors, creating a positive first impression
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare and process outgoing mail and packages
- Assist clients with general service requests (policy questions, ID cards, document requests, payment questions) and direct more complex items to the appropriate team member
- Maintain accurate client records and notes in our agency systems
- Support producers and service staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Help keep the front office organized, stocked, and presentable
- Once licensed: handle a broader range of service and quoting tasks and pursue cross-sell and referral opportunities
What We're Looking For

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with computers, email, and basic office software
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in an in-office setting
- Willingness and ability to obtain a Colorado Property & Casualty Producer license within 60 days (we'll help you get there)
- Prior customer service, administrative, or insurance experience is a plus but not required
