Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Doral, FL, for a Solar Distribution Salesman. The position involves managing sales operations for the company's Solar Power product line focusing on the Caribbean Islands. The ideal candidate would be identifying new sales opportunities within the assigned territory followed by building relationships with residential and commercial installers.
Responsibilities include educating clients about BROWN®'s service advantages, negotiating sales contracts, and providing excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing partnerships. The role is pivotal in promoting both individual and company success in the growing renewable energy market.
Qualifications
- Sales skills, including relationship-building, customer engagement, and contract negotiation
- Knowledge and experience in solar technologies, renewable energy trends, and solar sales
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
